Design & Build
The Pixel 7a brings a premium feel with an aluminum frame, Gorilla Glass 3 on the front, and a plastic back. It carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance (up to 1 m for 30 minutes). The phone has dimensions of about 152 × 72.9 × 9 mm and weighs ~193.5 g. Available in colors such as Charcoal, Snow, Sea, and Coral, the design balances style and durability.

Display
It features a 6.1-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution (1080 × 2400), 90 Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and ~429 ppi density. The screen has a punch-hole cutout for the front camera and always-on display capability, giving vibrant colors and smooth visuals under various lighting conditions.

Performance
Powered by Google’s Tensor G2 chipset, built on a 5 nm process, and paired with 8 GB RAM. It comes with 128 GB internal storage (UFS 3.1). The combination of hardware and Google’s optimized software delivers solid mid-range performance in multitasking, camera processing, and day-to-day operations.

Rear Camera System
Dual rear cameras: a 64 MP main wide sensor with OIS (optical image stabilization), and a 13 MP ultra-wide sensor (120° field of view). The camera setup includes dual-LED flash, HDR, panorama, and enhanced computational photography (Night Shoot, etc.) for great shots in various conditions.

Front Camera
A 13 MP front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture captures clean selfies and supports HDR video. The ultrawide front angle gives more flexibility in framing.

Video Recording
Supports 4K video recording at 30/60 fps and 1080p at multiple frame rates up to 240 fps. Video features include electronic image stabilization and HDR for quality video capture.

Battery Life
Built with a 4,385 mAh battery. Charging is via USB-C: wired fast charging at 18 W, wireless charging up to 7.5 W (on certain stands), and slower wireless charging elsewhere. The battery offers generally reliable usage for a full day under mixed use.

Operating System
Launched in May 2023 with Android 13, and is upgradable. Google promises several years of updates. The phone includes Google’s built-in features like Titan M2 security, strong software support, and useful Pixel-exclusive tools.

Connectivity & Other Features
Includes 5G support, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor (optical). No micro-SD slot, no headphone jack.
